Been calling for five months after getting a referral to this place. I’m out of meds, I’m in pain, and nobody will answer the phone or call me back. No other office is taking new patients but apparently this place isn’t either. They certainly say they are. It’s obvious the office staff is incompetent and a doctor is only as good as their staff. So I keep looking for a place that’s in network who is accepting new patients. If you get a referral here, beg your physician to find a better office to refer you to.
My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Qazi’s since she was diagnosed, about 9 years now. Things were going fine/acceptable until this past year. Nobody really seems to care as far as the front desk staff, billing, etc. She has been trying to call to get her pain meds prescription refilled and nobody ever answers the phones. She has tried NUMBEROUS times and has left messages but still no one has returned her calls. People NEED their meds so this is completely unacceptable. As far as the office staff I'd give a negative 0. They don't answer the phone! It took me 3 days of continuous calling before the phone got answered. I like the doctor, it's the front office that is really ridiculous. You get nothing but a continuous ring and then the phone just disconnects. I wonder if the Dr's in the practice are aware of how mismanaged the front office is as I've read numerous reviews with the same complaint. .
Very respectable rheumatologist in the area. A lot of my other physicians know her. I've been working with her for a couple years and she has been fantastic. Was quick to diagnose me when others kept missing a lot of indicators. She is very educated in rheumatic conditions as well as some holistic approaches to help manage secondary symptoms.
