Dr Lue is extremely patient and took her time listening to me. I appreciated her professionalism and approach to my care.
Very personable and empathetic doctor. Listens to concerns and makes recommendations. Knowledgeable and answers your questions satisfactorily.
Dr promised I could come anytime during a flare but never got to see Doctor again because front office staff refused to book appointment for me despite doctors orders. Secretary made the experience stressful, traumatic and very unhelpful. Get a different doctor.
If I could give a zero I would. I can’t get a word in during appointments. I feel bad asking questions because she is always rushing me. I leave every-time with unanswered questions and no real direction on my treatment. She just gave me an emergency med for short term use to see if it would help, and didn’t tell me the office is now closed for a month. I now am out of the meds and the issue isn’t solved. I will end up in Emerg since she has no backup for the next month. I could go on and on but this is the worst experience ... read more
