If I could rate her a zero I would the worse encounter I’ve had with a rheumatologist she’s rude, dismissive and doesn’t care for her patients. I was sent to her for my arthritis but if I complained about any of my joints it was my family doctors issue? She won’t fill out any paperwork you may need her to fill out because she’s lazy will send you to your family physician and if requested to fill out papers from a third party she will lie on them. I found both Dr Lue and her associate Shebna to be very helpful and understanding. Dr Lue was very thorough discussing my medical history. She took the time to discuss my challenges and came up with a positive plan moving forward. I look forward to my next visit. Cheers
I was apprehensive about seeing a new doctor because I’ve been neglected in the past, but that fear disappeared the moment I met Dr. Lue. She is patient, compassionate, and remarkably quick‑thinking. She truly knows her field, and she gave me answers after so many years of living with severe pain and unexplained symptoms. I appreciate her more than I can express, and I’m deeply grateful to her for treating me like a human being.
She was very abrupt, short and rushed the consultation. She made me feel stupid for being there and trying to ask questions. When asking about family history of diseases, she listed off 10-20 diseases without taking a second to breathe in between so it literally just sounded like mumbo jumbo and I have no idea what diseases she even said because of how quickly she said it.
