Had two family members complete their orthodontic treatment with Dr. Sabin. Called last week and left a message in their voicemail that I needed an appointment because my retainer had broken. They never returned my call and I called 5 days later the staff was rude and told me they couldn’t see me and that the location was closing. I asked her to advise me how to get a replacement and she said “I guess you will have to go to another orthodontist.” Poor customer service
They closing the office in Smyrna. The option they gave us is to remove the braces or drive 40 minutes to East Nashville assuming there is no traffic. Obviously we would not have drove to Nashville when there are other Orthodontist in the area. The excuse is that COVID killed their buisness but the patients are still there and the fact they didn't open when all other offices where opening. We paid in full and there are not will to compensate for our time. Disappointed
Best place to go for braces & etc...Dr. Ewing is a great man to work with & to also be a patient of.
