Horrible doctor,very crooked and unprofessional. She discriminates and steps over patient boundaries. She should keep her personal opinions to herself and do her job. Im glad I found a better doctor.
Very Rude Receptionist old lady
I had a terrible experience with the receptionist at dr Javed clinic.She was extremely rude on the phone and made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. Even when I visited the clinic she threw away my health card. She should know how to talk to a patient..if I call the clinic I must have my problem..but she made me feel like I was a burden.
I love Dr. Javid very friendly and accommodating however, the problem is her receptionist very rude and unapproachable, I stay away from calling her office for an appointment because of her sarcastic, grumpy attitude. She needs to retire and work in a not people oriented environment.
In a time where it is impossible to find a good family doctor it has been great finding Dr. Javid. For those making comments about the receptionist, I have had no issues and find her pleasant to deal with.
