I’ve had extremely disappointing experiences with Dr. Farooq many times. He was unprofessional and made my family feel very uncomfortable during our visits. His demeanor was cold, and he didn’t take the time to address our concerns properly. Instead of providing clear and helpful information, he seemed dismissive and uninterested in creating a welcoming environment. This behavior made an already stressful situation even worse. I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with this office due to their lack of communication and consistent failure to follow through on basic tasks. On multiple occasions, they have failed to contact other health institutions on my behalf, even when it was urgent and related to my treatment. Not good people at all don’t care a bout you at all and then when you stop going there and you try to come back because you need professional help for your health issues they do not care or whatever and then you make an appointment and they do not care about you at all.
