I would have liked to give a negative 5 if I had an option. The doctor may be wonderful, but if you cant reach her through her abominable, irresponsible, lazy, indifferent, uncaring staff, what good is the ability of the doctor? The staff NEVER return calls. Not in 12 hours, not in 24 hours, not even in ONE WEEK. They should be fired. If a patient needs something, he or she will not be able to reach the doctor even if he hung himself upside down.
