I started going back to this office at the beginning of the year. To start I had Medicaid as a secondary and they always gave me issues about being charged. My primary is UH and my office visits are $25 no matter what, every time I have gone for whatever kind of visit they have always tried to up charge me $77 even with medicaid. Always some type of billing issues and the doctor is always conveniently not there. The staff isn’t the issue, they’re always so kind but whoever they have for billing is crappy. I’m not going back.
Not a good experience at all. The nurse practitioner sent me a hormone shot which I did not ask for. I called back and asked them if they can switch it to tablets and they told me the NP no longer works there and they are closed for the next 4 days and there’s no guarantee the proescriber would send it. I just needed 7 tablets. I only went to them so I could get my meds before my trip. Will not be using them again. They were not empathetic towards my worries at all.

**UPDATE**: Down to 1 star because Rachael Tootle is no longer here and I would not recommend anyone to see Martin Taylor. I had to see Martin Taylor once because Rachael was out sick and it was a nightmare. He talked over me while I was trying to answer questions he asked. He prescribed me Zyrtec and I specifically asked if it was ok to take while nursing. He assured me it was fine then when I checked the samples he gave me, it said not to take if you are breastfeeding. He is careless and dismissive and I would not trust my... read more
The staff in the office is friendly and efficient. The doctor listens and cares for all of your concerns. He is a very good multitasker and follows up to make sure you are cured. . I highly recommend him!!
