**UPDATE**: Down to 1 star because Rachael Tootle is no longer here and I would not recommend anyone to see Martin Taylor. I had to see Martin Taylor once because Rachael was out sick and it was a nightmare. He talked over me while I was trying to answer questions he asked. He prescribed me Zyrtec and I specifically asked if it was ok to take while nursing. He assured me it was fine then when I checked the samples he gave me, it said not to take if you are breastfeeding. He is careless and dismissive and I would not trust my... read more
The staff in the office is friendly and efficient. The doctor listens and cares for all of your concerns. He is a very good multitasker and follows up to make sure you are cured. . I highly recommend him!!
Worst place on the earth! Had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes ! No one came so we left! Also the proscription they recommended was never sent to our pharmacy! I called every day for 30 days and no one answered. Waste of time and I had to get a half day off from work for this bs.
Today the manager Niko helped me as usual and I appreciate her quick response and efforts to get my concerns settled. Katy Medical Center is becoming better and hopefully more to come.
