If I could give this surgery a - star rating I would. The least proactive surgery EVER. Not only do they not act in the patients interest by failing to diagnose cancer, they also do not deal with the letters that come across their desk. When a patient tries to be proactive in their own care, the staff think they have a right to rebuke your effort. Honestly the worst G.P. the reception staff are poorly trained, and Dr Kumar is not very professional.
Unwilling to refer to specialist or investigate further. Because I struggle with anxiety and depression they put EVERYHING down to that, despite telling them I've been waking up gasping for breath with palpitations most nights (possible sleep apnea) Very dismissive and made my issues seem trivial. Will be making a formal complaint and switching gps
