No appointments online, answer phone says to ring 111. Rang 111 they arranged for surgery to call back. Spoke with surgery and appointment made within 2 hrs. Not possible to speak to surgery directly for an appointment. Apparently appointments are available at 9.30 am for online booking only.
I am register in Grovlands 7years. They are always helpfull and staff is very nice. It is one of the best clinic in Reading. They help me when I need them, and they also help my friend which do not recive proffesional help from the hospital for 2 years, I recommend her this clinic and she finally get help. Pandemic is a hard time for all medical centers that why I think this is not the something to give 2 or 1 star to this clinic.
I would strongly recommend calling 111 instead of trying to book an appointment as it is impossible to get seen. Not only a rude receptionist with very little empathy, but the next available appointment is in a months time.
