Absolute fantastic doctor; caring and knowledgeable.
I was part of Dr. Rawat's health coaching group batch, early this year. The sessions provided me with a wealth of information and answered a number of questions I had in mind about reversing metabolic conditions. Dr. Rawat's blog posts on some supplement recommendations is another valuable tool that I leveraged in accomplishing my goals. The coaching really helpful me make significant lifestyle changes, which I couldn't do over years. Thanks Dr. Rawat for making me achieve my new year resolution:)
This was an excellent course offered by Dr. Rawat! It provided a wealth of in-depth information about weight loss, including numerous studies drawn from the Harvard curriculum. Dr. Rawat’s calm and engaging teaching style not only made me rethink what, when, and how I eat, as well as how I supplement my diet, but also encouraged me to focus on choosing the most flavorful foods with high satiety.
