I have been a patient of Dr. Nicole since 2010 and have always been very happy with his care. However, there have recently been changes at the clinic, and the new receptionist has been extremely rude and disrespectful toward patients. Because of this, I have decided to change doctors.
I will not recommend this place.
I was pretty happy with Dr. Nicola but after how they just treated me, i can't recommend them. The issue is that they made a policy decision to stop accepting ODSP. Instead they pushed me to apply for the new Canadian Dental Care Plan, which I was willing to do, but I found out that I might not be eligible since I will be covered under a school health care plan for the next few years. And instead of trying to work with me to resolve the issue (and maybe just take my school insurance as it's a main-line company) they instead ... read more
