I have been a patient of Dr. Nicole since 2010 and have always been very happy with his care. However, there have recently been changes at the clinic, and the new receptionist has been extremely rude and disrespectful toward patients. Because of this, I have decided to change doctors.
I will not recommend this place.
I was pretty happy with Dr. Nicola but after how they just treated me, i can't recommend them. The issue is that they made a policy decision to stop accepting ODSP. Instead they pushed me to apply for the new Canadian Dental Care Plan, which I was willing to do, but I found out that I might not be eligible since I will be covered under a school health care plan for the next few years. My girlfriend goes there and recommends it. They take ohip and no cancellation fees They have are very kind polite office staff and the dentist is smart understanding and everything you could want from a dentist. You never have to wait too long to get in to see the dentist and they don't judge if you have a lot of dental work needed or are homeless and struggling.Best dentist she has ever been too I'm sitting here in the dental office writing down her comments that I just heard her say to the dentist and the office staff.
