If I could give this zero I would, the reception staff have all got attitudes, not helpful at all, you would think you was doing wrong asking them a question when it's THEIR job, nothing ever gets dealt with unless you ring up to remind them it's absolutely awful.

If I could give this practice 0 stars I would! Apauling GP practice (Dr Nikpoar) thinks its exceptable not to call their patient who already had an apt, a pensioner who is battling cancer, then to be told by the unempathetic receptionist he said to ring back in 3 days to try to get another apt! Disgusting unprofessional behaviour. Wouldnt put my dog here! AVOID!!!!!!!!

Absolute joke of a practice,called reception first thing,eventually got through on the 151st call and was told the doctor would call me between 9-11.30 am,now 3 hours late and still no call and get no answer after another 40+ attempts.

Not surprised this place has a low review rate. As a fellow NHS worker, I popped in to the chemist today to deliver something and asked the receptionist on the desk in the surgery if I could please use their toilet. I explained I was delivering and I showed my badge but was told by a snotty lady behind the desk (who was stuffing her face) that I wasn't allowed. Very unprofessional and not a very nice person either. I have been allowed to use this toilet once before by one of her colleagues.
