I can't fault the service of this practice, they have been so helpful & friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the receptionists & Dr/nursing team are some of the most caring, most understanding GP practice staff I've ever met.
I don't know what has happened but reception staff over the past 2 months have gone from supportive, engaging, and effective, to ineffective, dismissive and rude, probably for writing this review I'll find it even harder to get the support i need for my medical issues.
