We have waited over 10 days with no results. They advertise 3 days for results on their website. My husband confirmed this via phone call, and they verbalized that it was a 3 business day turnaround time for results. Had we known they were false advertising, we would not have paid $300 for their "fast turn around." We could have gone with a cheaper service.
Over a week for results!!!! Do not trust the 2-3 day advertised turn around time go anywhere else. They sent my sample to New Mexico weather is not listed as a factor on the landing page of their website. My sample was sent on a Friday it has been 6 business days still no results go somewhere local with an in-house lab. I paid for a premium service due to convenience and so far this has been very inconvenient.
They had no problem taking our $300 immediately, but when it comes to their advertised 2 to 3 business days turnaround time for paternity and maternity tests, you're looking at at least four or more business days. It's crap. I would have used a cheaper service had I known they were going to be unreliable.
Melissa was awesome. They came out to me same day. Got my results within a week. Would definitely recommend!
