This review is only for Dr. Charles Oh, [the other doctor who I have seen was not in the office for an extended period of time] I waited one month for this appt, I did blood work the next day. I called the office the following week two times and was informed the results were not there. When I contacted Lapcorp the results were ready the day after I did the blood work. I had a second procedure with Dr. Oh, and I had a terrible experience after the fact. Although I think he as a doctor is great, the treatment I've received in trying to straighten out an extravagant bill from his staff and where they choose to outsource billing had been atrocious. I initially received a quote that said I would not have any patient responsibility, yet received a ridiculous bill.
