I have been a patient for quite awhile and have the upmost respect for Dr Oh. Years ago, he also took care of daughter as well. While things have changed dramatically since he moved from his smaller office to this corporate entity, he and the staff have been very professional.
I called to make an appointment. The receptionist basically sighed at me when I told her I was a new patient. After giving her my information she said she was going to call me back and never did. Is it really an inconvenience to meet with new patients?
I have had a terrible experience recently with this office and Dr oh’s lack of quick response to my issues, once I can finally speak to him, as per my diagnosis and how to deal with it, I will tell him of my disappointment with my experience
