Extremely poor front office and scheduling. You'll spend more time filling in paperwork with this practice than seeing the doctor.
Dr Lighvani is amazing. I was quite nervous about an allergic reaction I had during a cat scan. He listened carefully ,.his explanations were clear and detailed. The office is run very efficiently as well. Dr Lighvani is definitely a doctor. I would recommend and see again.
STAY AWAY!!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY! THEY JUST DO MILLIONS OF TESTS TO CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE. SO MY TESTS WERE ALL NEGATIVE, BUT THIS LADY DR PLAGER, INSISTED I NEEDED A TON MORE. I AM HAPPY I REFUSED. I JUST GOT A LETTER FROM MY INSURANCE THEY ARE CHARGING $2300 FOR THOSE USELESS TESTS. IF THEY CHARGE ME, I AM UNABLE TO PAY. I AM GOING TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH THAT STUPID TEST THAT PRICKS YOU EVERYWHERE ON YOUR ARMS COSTS. Dr. Lighvani diagnosed me after I went to multiple well rated dermatologists who couldn’t help me while I suffered from a skin condition. He’s incredible.
They suck you for money in the “testing” realm where no results are reported. After thorough investigation, I’ve come up with nothing but non-stop annoying rhinitis.
