Amazing Doctor. He explained the procedure thoroughly and was very easy going. Four of us in our family had our lens exchange procedure at the same time (both eyes/two separate procedures). We could not be happier with the service and patient care we received from Dr Hayes. Fantastic outcome was achieved. We no longer wear glasses!!
Highly recommended. Dr Hayes provided clear assessment of my current vision issues and suggested multiple reasoned options to resolve them. The transcript provided was excellent and will aid in my decision making on how to proceed.
The staff, from reception through to the cashier were all welcoming, efficient, and courteous. The clinic is well-presented and has a calm, quiet atmosphere. I also appreciated that the equipment was carefully cleaned and sanitised before each use. Every staff member explained things clearly and in a friendly, reassuring way, which made the whole experience very comfortable.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Big shout out to Rod who was so lovely to my father. I can see why Rylan and the team only get 5 stars....personally I would give many more....thanks.
Dr Rylan Hayes was a gentle caring person. He did all the tests. And then sat an explained each part of the operation. From the start to finish. I also very scared as I thought that the operation on your eyes was under local anaesthetic. But you are put to sleep. The operation was a sucess as now I can see out the sides of my eyes instead of turning my head and everything is so clear now. I would reconmend Dr Hayes to do any eye operation.
