I had a very satisfying appointment yesterday with Dr Rylan Hayes. He gave me a very detailed n concise diagnosis as well as detailing a future plan/ treatment for my eyes problem. He even followed it up with an email detailing above ( which is much appreciated as most of us usually hv bits of info. falling in the cracks at the consultation.) there is no surprise that Rylan has only five stars – he is a five star surgeon! If I could award him more stars I probably would because I am delighted at my new vision capabilities post surgical intervention - DELIGHTED! His team are a happy and efficient one, the practice beautifully appointed, the location kinda stunning. Recommended? Yes. With 7 stars!
Admin and professional staff were all friendly and professional and my appointment was on time. I had a laser scrub to get rid of some grime that had built up behind my cataracts. Procedure was quick and painless. Noticed an immediate improvement as text on my phone was much clearer than before the procedure. I also noticed my long vision was much clearer and sharper. It’s like someone replaced my 7 year old digital TV with a 4K OLED screen. Amazing result.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Big shout out to Rod who was so lovely to my father. I can see why Rylan and the team only get 5 stars....personally I would give many more....thanks.
Dr Rylan Hayes was a gentle caring person. He did all the tests. And then sat an explained each part of the operation. From the start to finish. I also very scared as I thought that the operation on your eyes was under local anaesthetic. But you are put to sleep. The operation was a sucess as now I can see out the sides of my eyes instead of turning my head and everything is so clear now. I would reconmend Dr Hayes to do any eye operation.
