His office got us scheduled same day after I called about my sons recurrent ear infections. Was extremely personable in office and got us scheduled in the OR less than 2 days later to place tubes. Not only was he professional and highly knowledgeable but he genuinely cared about the well being of my son.
Dr. Stephenson is truly exceptional. From the first visit, I felt heard, respected, and thoroughly cared for. Their expertise is obvious, but what really sets them apart is their kindness and ability to explain things clearly and thoughtfully. The office staff is small but professional, efficient, and welcoming. I’m so grateful to have found such an outstanding and rare gem in an ENT — highly recommend!
I went in for an ear cleaning. Excellent. Had I stopped with that, I would have written a glowing review like many of the others here. At the end of the exam, the doctor noticed and commented on a skin imperfection by the bridge of my nose - basal cell carcinoma, as, indeed it turned out to be. He stated he did not know a dermatologist he could recommend, but that he was qualified to perform a biopsy. I asked him to perform the biopsy. I figured it’s a snip of skin to send to a lab. I recently had a septoplasty performed by Dr. Stephenson and he is a remarkably kind and compassionate person. He offered his help at any point and at anytime after the surgery if I had any concerns or issues and is genuinely a good person and did a fantastic job. I can't recommend him enough and I saw more than one ENT in the Bozeman area before deciding on him to perform the surgery. Thanks!
Drove 35 minutes for appointment to be told that they are running over an hour behind which did not work for my schedule. A simple call could’ve saved a lot of time, frustration and most importantly allowed me to schedule an appointment elsewhere.
