Been going to this office for over a decade now. Today I had surgery to get two of my wisdom teeth removed, this was truly one of the most wonderful experiences I have ever had with any dental care. Each of the nurses talked to me, the anesthesiologist, and Dr. Sinotte. They all reassured me, not only that one of the nurses helped explained IV's to me and made me feel 100 times better about getting it. I've been going to this office for, like, over 10 years, seriously. Dr. Sinotte has always been my doc, and he's always super respectful. He gets it, explains everything nicely, and remembers me every time I come in. He even asks about my family or just regular stuff. Pricing-wise, I was on a super tight budget once, and he was awesome about it. He let me pay in installments and totally understood the whole cost of living thing, and he still does. I have been going to this dentist office for last 10 years both Dr Ryan Sinotte and Dr Kevin Castilloux are wonderful best dentist I've ever had so gentle smart and friendly
I took my 9 year-old daughter in to this dental office and the dentist wanted to give her a silver amalgam filling, which is 50% mercury. I said I didn't want mercury in her mouth. He argued with me for approximately 20 minutes about how safe it is. Then his assistant got angry with me because I wouldn't capitulate, so the dentist told her to leave the room and continued to argue with me about dental mercury being safe. I've always been assigned to the new resident dentists that have come through this office and I have always been extremely pleased with their care. The receptionists are also kind and informative.
