Dr. Ridley was amazing! I was referred to him for a terrible ear infection. He made sure to listen to my concerns, answer any questions I had, and explain the process of my treatment. I was very nervous to have anything going into my ear because of the severe pain, but he made sure to assure me and keep me comfortable. Even got a few laughs in! The staff in his office were also very warm and welcoming.
Worst ENT I have ever seen if you are new patient you are better going to another ENT. I was late by 6 mins and he has 5 min waiting to get to his desk and told me to reschedule. I drove 39 mins to get to him. Nurse was informed I am driving and also when I informed nurse that I drove 39 mins. Her “ all our patients drive” long story short not dependable and accommodating. I would never go to doctors who don’t care about patients.
