Dr Oh has helped me a lot over the last ten years or so. A good blend of coaching, food hygiene, talk therapy, motivation, accountability, instruction...he always unlocks me if Im in a rutt and creates change that I can feel. Never met anyone in this field with such a diverse (but relevant) skill set. Its transformative.
Dr. Oughtred helped me get back on my feet after a rather complicated ankle sprain. He gave me a variety of exercises tailored to my injury with lasting success.
