Excellent customer service. The staff at Gratiot Road Animal Hospital are the best of the best. Highly recommend by Bronx and Jersey.
I was worried about my fur baby and very stressed about her condition, staff was very sympathetic and supportive with my concerns. They were not at all dismissive, and also were able to get Ella in at short notice. Which meant a lot to me because I know how busy they are. They have a lot of love for animals and you can tell. Would highly recommend.
The welcoming atmosphere is evident when you walk in the front door! My dogs and I feel like we are the most important appointment of the day with the attention received by all staff.
We appreciate the family-friendly atmosphere and excellent care our fur baby receives every time we visit. They get us in quickly and take time to explain issues and answer concerns. Highly recommend!
