If I could give negative stars I would. This office does not understand what continuity of care means. The office manager and doctors have no regard for the hypocratic oath. You should make every effort you can to find care elsewhere. I have had extensive experiences in other medical offices regarding a wide range of other serious medical issues. Dr. Casserly is the best ENT I have ever worked with, I have a super rare genetic disorder so I have seen several ENTs in my life- none of them as knowledgeable and kind as Dr. Casserly. I have no problem driving 2.5 hours to see him. He has done some procedures for me including the Osia implant which has been a much needed hearing aid upgrade for me. I also love his surgery coordinator who spent so much time helping me navigate my insurance and guiding me through the process of moving forward with the surgeries.
Dr. Casserly has been exception in working with my mom for her cochlear implant surgery. His kindness, professionalism, and ability to listen to her concerns and communicate the process, and expectations with her has been superior. The process has taken some time, but he was great about sharing the timeline and what to expect. His bedside manner, during and after her surgery were wonderful. He called at 8am the morning after her surgery to check on her. We are so grateful we found him and his office to do this for my mom.
Saddest medical experience I have ever had. Ryan was unprofessional and untimely sometimes have to wait almost 2 hours from appointment time. Ryan failed to summit my referral for 2 months. When reviewing the test results and CT scans Ryan had not looked over the scans but spoke and said I didn’t need treatment. When I asked to see the CT scans he had to get them he left the room for a while. But to my shock he expressed he Actuly had not looked at them. He didn’t make me feel warm, welcomed. I can't speak highly enough about Dr Casserly. He pays attention to you when you're speaking to him. You're not just looking at his back while he's typing into his computer. He's actually being a doctor instead of a stenographer.
