Dr. Landefeld is fantastic but there is currently no way for me to leave a voicemail if I need a refill unless I clock out of work and go outside. You can't leave a voicemail during their 12-1pm lunch hour or outside of office hours which is incredibly inconvenient. It would probably not be a problem if they responded to refill request faxes from my pharmacy but they don't.
Dr Landafeld is a great Dr if you have no problems. He is handsome, good bedside manner - but awful at figuring out issues. While he does appear to listen, he got my health information from my husband and not myself, and I wasn’t pleased, as this is a HIPPA violation. Tread with caution here.
