Dr. Kuta gave me an epidural for spinal stenosis. At the followup appointment he knew exactly what I was experiencing with pain that had developed on the other side of my back. He showed empathy for my condition, listened to my concerns, and discussed a remedy for it. I feel very comfortable with him. I highly recommend him.
The Duly portal showed my appointment scheduled for 10:15 for a duration of 15 minutes. I arrived and checked in at 9:55, and was called back at 10:05. After the nurse performed a quick cursory review of my medication, she left. I sat for 25 minutes. I left to make work meeting at 10:35. I did, however, see that my prepaid $50 copay was processed for my non-appointment.
His staff is extremely rude and unprofessional they absolutely could care less about what you’re dealing with. Communication was non existent never responded to any messages through My chart. CVS and insurance carrier never got a response from anyone after reaching out numerous times.
