Dr Berglund is a very caring and talented surgeon how do I know this ? He saved my live from bladder cancer,and is still treating me 3.5 years later.thank You.
Explains everything. And was very professional
Dr. Berglund is the doctor that is going to give it to you straight. He told me what he was going to do, asked if me or my family had any questions, and before I was put to sleep he asked me to repeat what was going to be done so he knew that I understood. I met several team members, everyone including the nursing staff was pleasant. I am waiting for results, but I have no doubt that Dr. Berglund was the right choice for my case.
While Dr Berglund may be a fine surgeon, but his bedside manner is cold and condescending. His follow up with patients, actually coming to see pts day after surgery is non existent. No communication about what he did or what he found while operating. Would not answer any questions family had about what's next. His answers when asked was, " talk to the nurse about that." Never saw post op nurse to talk about concerns. No follow up. He gets one star because he did the absolute minimum.
