I was an inpatient at Cabrini with pneumonia and my treating doctor for the duration of my stay was Dr Hoy. He was informative and I largely felt supported. However, upon discharge from the hospital I was left with no support. I had to chase up a medical certificate which was never provided, first off being hand-balled (at the expense of my time) from his reception to the respiratory ward - which would have concluded with the same result, the doctor being informed.
