Dr. Ryan Hovis took us on for marriage / couples counseling and after a few sessions, he ghosted us. We asked him questions about billing because my individual therapist through CDS of Edina (same office) told me how things should be billed so our insurance would accept it. After asking if he could do that, we never heard from him again. We really needed help and can't believe how unprofessional our experience, or lack there or, was.
