Awesome experience! Dr. Gordon greeted us before we were taken in, explained the process in detail, answered every question I had and really made a nervous mom feel at ease. My 13yo left saying it was “better than expected” and that he wishes Dr. Gordon was his regular dentist.
Dr Gordon is excellent and did great on my emergency procedure. Office staff was rude, refused to confirm benefit information, demanded balance in full and threaten to report me for theft of services if I did not pay. When corporate called to discuss balance - benefits had already been corrected to actual dues but I NEVER got an apology call from office staff for their incorrect information, threat or for mistreating a patient after an emergency procedure
He was funny, quick, effective, painless, amazing,took time to explain the procedure, funny and steamy hot! Definitely recommend him!
