I called to make an appointment at the recommendation of my allergist. They wouldn't schedule the appointment without a referral because I couldn't be trusted to explain my own problem. Got the referral and called back at lunch today (at 2:00PM, so not their lunch) to schedule an appointment. I got stuck on hold in the virtual waiting room for 10 minutes before getting kicked to a voice message and hung up on. Called back after work at 4:00.
