The office was jammed with people and it felt like we were at a cattle call. Nurses and staff were very friendly, but it felt like Dr. Pinski had his hand on the exam room door waiting to leave the entire (short) visit. He was impatient and almost came off as flippant to what is a very life-altering issue. My experience with Dr. Chazen was probably the worst I've had with a doctor. He did not listen to my questions or provide an explanation for the treatment. The appointment was mostly focused on him questioning my reasons for wanting to pursue the treatment. When we moved forward, the conversation was over and little to anything was explained about how we concluded. Dr. Ricottone is A Great Dr. I've had the Best Experience w/him, he's loving, compassionate, respectful, patient, kind, & very knowledgeable. So I Trusted him & his staff are Great, helpful, through & he performed my Bladder Sling surgery along side my OB/GYN for a Partial hysterectomy. I had issues in the beginning, but He stuck by me, trying to solve all my issues. Never gave up on me. My surgery was 12 yrs ago & Im doing great! Phenomenal Surgeon! So much going on at once in my world with my children and myself. I’m just having a hard time grasping what they’re trying to tell me. As it stands I have faith in my doctor what he thinks is best I would just like a little more clarification on what’s going on and how fast
Absolutely the worst patient care I have ever experienced. The total staff is inadequate and irresponsible. Not once but 3 times in a 4 day period. No caring physician would let his staff be as inadequate as he has allowed.
Dr Ricottone is caring, empathetic and thorough. I recommend seeing him.
What a CLOWN this guy is. Sees patients once in the office to diagnose them and then delegates everything to mid level employees. If you go to the Emergency Room don't expect a call back from Tony. He will have his Nurse or PA call you. Tony does NOT administer treatment either. He delegates this to his Physician Assistants. If you are looking for decent bedside manner and for someone who provides 1 on 1 care he is definitely NOT your guy. Zero stars was not an option here, otherwise that's what he would get.
Dr. Seereiter is the most thorough Doctor. Excellent in his field, very caring and answers all questions with concern for the patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Seereiter. He is the very Best.
Dr Seereiter does not explain anything in detail. He does not call you directly, has a nurse call which prolongs all diagnosis and often leads to having to come into office and see a PA, not even the doctor! He refuses to listen to you and refuses to hear any other concerns you may have. Impossible to get an appointment with him and surgery follow up is absolutely horrendous!!! My wife and I will never go back to him and I’m contemplating some sort of civil suit.
