My husband had a stroke at the entrance of 4300 Mt. Sinai, on 4/27, he fell on the ground, security Guard Mr. Amir saw my husband fall he new he was having a stroke by his speech, immediately Mr. Amir called in for a wheel chair, he sat my husband in the chair and RAN HIM OVER TO ER.
