Caring, Understanding, Informative and does outstanding work. I was in pain for weeks. My airway half closed. Went to ER and no results. Finally went to Bullhead ER and was told needed surgery. The very next day DR. Swigert had issues removed and I felt better already. 4 days later while still in a little pain (That's more than expected) I can breathe, eat and drink again. Life saver! Highly highly highly recommended to anyone looking for relief and compassion.
Ive seen a lot of dentists over the years for my failing teeth, i was referred here, got in quickly for non emergent dental work, had 3 teeth removed, next day no discomfort. They took something nobody likes getting done and made it very easy I cant express enough thanks. Good price too.

I've seen Dr. Swigert, DDS a few times over the years and he is "The Professional's Professnal" without a doubt. I was debating if I should go ahead with the Implants and after seeing him my mind was made up, but Covid-19 showed up and it put everthing on the back burner. It has been over a year since I last saw him for a ruined tooth thanks to lesser Dr. in the field of dentistry. I have tried multiple times to set a new appointment with no luck! Dr. Swigert and his staff are angels! My son took a baseball to his face and his tooth was hanging by a thread. Dr. Swigert and his assistant, Cori, who were not on call, came into their office at 11pm on a Saturday night and saved my son’s tooth!! We are forever grateful!!
