Edit to shorten I had a terrible experience not recommended
I had deviated septum surgery back in Novermber of '23. Absolutely the worst care. To start out, his nurses were rude and don't care if their patients are in pain. Around 4 days after the surgery, I was in a lot of pain so I called to see if I could come in to take my stints out on that Monday (it would've been 5 days post surgery at that time, so enough time). Dr. Burgette sent me to get lab testing done, and I haven't heard anything from him since. I decided the message Dr. Burgette directly in the MyChart app to let him know I received my results and asked him to call me so we can go over my very extensive lab tests. The directions were to wait up to 48hrs for him to respond. It's been 5 days and nobody has called from the office, nor lab to go over my results with me. Awful first experience.
We were referred to Dr. Burgette from the ER on 127th. Dr. Burgette refused to treat my 5 year old son who had a corn kernel stuck in his ear because we were Covid positive. The ER and answering service knew this information when scheduling the appointment. I told the office upon arrival and we were refused treatment. Me and my son were following all CDC guidelines. Highly recommend dr. Burgette and his both offices. Had a surgery done by dr. Burgette, so satisfied from initial appointment till now. Dr. Burgette did a great job and always to all my questions, his medical assistants and reception are so great and nice.
