They are so awful here I do not understand how they can still be in business. The front desk worker is unbelievably rude at best. She has been cold and unhelpful on the three occasions I visited the office with my elderly father.The waiting rom is uncomfortable--cold and bare. There is no cell phone service in the office and no internet provided for patients or family members who may be waiting. There are a few old well worn magazine--that's it. The waits are often long.
