I came in on two occasions, one was for a cleaning/ x-rays and the other for a filling. The cleaning was not thorough and I did not feel like my teeth were cleaned. Then when I went in for the filling, Dr. Sarkissian did NOT ask my permission to go ahead and replace my silver fillings (which did NOT need replacement) with white fillings. During a visit intended to address a cavity, Dr. Sarkissian informed me midway through the procedure that the cavity was too deep and required a root canal. This procedure was performed without my prior consent. She had contacted my insurance to request approval for a crown a week prior, which was denied, yet pushed for a root canal procedure instead. When I requested to transfer X-rays, the staff argued with me that 2-year-old records were "no good" and "too old" despite full mouth records being good for 5 years, per insurance standards. I cannot believe the unnecessary hassles and rude behavior I endured over a simple request they have to legally comply with.
