I have been ill with a sleep disorder the past eleven months. In the beginning, Dr Brocato was my primary care. It took her a few months to come up with the sleep disorder diagnosis. Furthermore, what tops the cake, is I was told by her about University of Maryland treating sleep disorders but she failed to mention Mercy Hospital, her employer, which also does. I have been seeing Dr. Brocato for years now and she is wonderful. Her and her staff are always very welcoming and kind. Dr. Brocato seems to really care about her patients and their well-being. One of the things I really like, is how she always asks how I am doing at my visits. I feel comfortable discussing my physical and mental health with her. She is not judgmental and will listen to my health concerns. Highly recommend!
Dr. Brocato goes above and beyond for her patients. She’s always readily available, and responds to calls/messages quickly. I suffer from white coat syndrome, and she always treats me with such care. Her bedside manner is truly the best!
I love Dr. Brocato. Easy to talk to, not judgmental about weight, always positive and responds very quickly.
Dr. Brocato was recommended by my GYN . So I called to make appointment. They told me it is 6 month to wait to get appointment. I was ok with that. Now fast forward 6 month I got email that doctor canceled my appointment. I called to find out a reason. They told me she did not approve this appointment. Unimaginable! After waiting 6 month doctor canceled your appointment! Unheard off!
