i had been going to this clinic for years but my last appointment with my two son was more than 2 hr and they didnt let us used the washroom , it was raining so much that day and i had to take my sons to the library on and off its was not so convenience, dr said i have astigmatism on my left eye when i asked for my exam result they gave me the same prescription and also they dont have astigmatism contact lenses.
All of the staff and the doctor were really helpful and professional, especially Grace! Had a very pleasant experience getting an eye exam. Would highly recommend!
Too expensive. Ask for help just to tighten a screw on my glass and charged $35. If only I have the screw driver, I can do it myself. It only took 2 minutes work for them to fix but still charged so high price.
Dr. Lin conducted a thorough check and appreciated her taking the time to answer my questions. Same with her reception staff, they were also very helpful.
