I had an appointment scheduled here today. I came in for it on time amd asked the receptionist a few questions regarding billing and benefits. They were like yes im looking into it, sit down. I waited and asked again and I felt very dismissed by the receptionist so I decided to leave, the receptionist asked why and I told her I refuse to come here and she started screaming at me. Very positive
Took our appointment and said they have time even when they don't have space. Was here for almost 2 hours with several patients going ahead and in beteeen, at least 8 ppl. They are way over scheduled. Had to use washroom and they told us to go to the library that was already closed. Then finally said we could use theirs.
