Dr. Wind truly listens and takes my concerns to heart. She asked detailed questions based on her knowledge of my medical history, things I hadn’t thought to consider myself. She scheduled a follow up appointment and I walked out feeling knowledgeable and empowered.
Dr Wind is a fantastic doctor. She is thorough and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend her.
I have to say that Iam very disappointed in the way this office handle a medical concern for me. I am a medical professional myself and often handle phone calls for the providers I work for. I would never tell a patient with the concerns that I had that they will receive a call from the nurse and never do. I also the billing practices is biased. Ruth Wind is AWFUL. She is a very rude and unkind person. She brushed off my concerns to the point of making me feel stupid and embarrassed. I abandoned her care mid pregnancy and thank GOD i did. I went elsewhere and my concerns were heard and the proper treatment was given. Had this not been done, it could have been detrimental to my baby. Save yourself the hassle, heartache and embarrassment. There are so many other WONDERFUL doctors out there. I wouldn't see one in this medical practice ever again if you PAID me to do it... read more
