Ruth and her staff are very nice and knowledgeable and have taken care of my needs. Highly recommend them .
Apparently Dr Ruth Adkins doesn't like when people with medicaid, actually use their medicaid.... I went in for a consult with her for a cleaning, x-rays and partial dentures due to losing teeth from a past eating disorder. She told me that they'd be happy to work with me and when it came time, my partials could be ready in two weeks from doing impressions. They have since ghosted me. They never sent the pre-approval paperwork to my insurance, claimed that it was insurances fault for not approving it. I called and requested ... read more
Love her bedside manner, but my teeth are more messed up now than they were before l went there
Do not recommend. The last time I took my son here, Ruth was rude to me, cut me off when I was trying to explain what was going on and still did not do anything about what I was trying to tell her about. My mother took my daughter today and they numbed her and left her waiting for 30 mins so when she finally came to do the fillings, my daughter could feel it and raised her hand. Ruth continued to drill so my mother spoke up and she got rude with her! What a shame!!!
