Great attention to detail.
My family has gone to see Dr Ruth freeman for over 20 years. She is so incredibly thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. I’ve even sent my friends to her when they needed a doctor.
Extremely disappointed with how things have turned out with Dr Freeman’s office. I’ve been seeing her for over 2 years now for annual and medication refill prescriptions and I liked Dr Freeman but suddenly they do not call you back, they do not pick up the phone, they don’t answer messages through the portal, and prior authorization person ignores you. I’ve made 4 calls and left voicemails to prior authorization, 6 calls to front desk, 2 messages via portal AND went into their office today to get prior authorization done. Wh... read more
