EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS VERY PATIENT, I AM HYPER ANXIUS. THEY MAKE ME COMFORTABLE, DIM LIGHTS, OFFER WATER, MINTS,ETC. DR. CRAIG IS MY FAVORITE. I WISH HR WAS MY GENERAL DOC.. HE LISTENS AND IS SO INTUNE TO AUTOIMMUNE ISSUES THAT CAN BE CAUSING SOME PROBLEMS. HE DOES NOT TREAT THEM, BUT HE GETS IT.. NEVER RUSHES ME OUT OF THE OFFICE.. AFTER NOSE SURGERY, I HAD TO CALL HIS ON CALL NUMBER WITH A QUESTION, HE GOT BACH I LESS THAN 5 MINUTES.. I WOULD RECAMEND HIM TO ANY ONE WITH THE WORST SINUS ISSUES, AND THYROID . Poor patient care. Staff is extremely rude! Unfortunately, there are several incidences that have happened over the last four months. that have left me very upset with this practice. At this point I am firing the Dr.
Staff is outstanding. I have known Dr Craig since his residency. He is the only person I trust with my son's multiple surgeries and with my face. He is excellent. I put all my faith in him.

My daughter started seeing Dr. Craig when she was 6 months old because of chronic ear infections. She had her first surgery at 6 months old and it went perfect. His bed side manner is great. The follow up care afterwards was great also. Her next surgery was two years later with tube removal, tubes back in, tonsillectomy and adenoids removed. Again everything went great. Dr. Craig and his staff are wonderful people. They really take pride in the services they provide and are always willing to answer all my questions. Danielle, is wonderful and is always available to help with billing questions, and making sure all my appointments are scheduled for testing I need through the year so that I have nothing to worry about.
