My mom and dad lived Doc Z. ..one of the best ....both of my parents are gone now but ine thing i can say is he treated them like people. You don't get that much as anywhere anymore
We've had experiences with other primary physicians over our 60+ years. Although you may wait your turn, you will be treated with care, compassion, and expert medical attention and advice. Doc Z cares about his patients and gets to know them fully through testing and discussion so he can best care for us. Takes his time and really cares. A true gem.
The long waiting times are difficult to take but he makes up for it in the examination, which is unhurried and thorough. He is always positive and takes time to patiently explain whatever you ask. His office manager, Donna, is excellent and very good to work with.
He makes you wait a little longer than I would like but when I am being treated he gives me all the time it takes to take care of my problems. I never get rushed out the door so he can see another patient.
I wonder how old the previous reviews are. A chance in staffing was made, current staff are outstanding. Interaction and care of patients--he is the best doctor my family has had. Very proactive, makes you aware of situations based on testing, family history, and symptoms. I have no issue with waiting because I know he takes time with his patients and when it is my turn, he'll give me the time needed to assess and treat my needs. Highly recommended.
