I couldn't be happier with my experience at Dr.Kift specialist Orthodontist in Cessnock. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr Kift was awesome, all of the staff are fantastic. Couldn’t recommend them enough. He made sure my teeth were perfect, and that they were. They all love a chat and a bit of a joke every now and again, which i think is awesome, while still maintaining a professional and clean environment. Once again, can’t recommend them enough!
Terrible bedside manner, no communication, tapped at my sons mouth instead of simply asking him to open it. Barely speaks during the consult, and charges for services not rendered, withholding important documentation. Refused to provide receipts. Wanted $17 000 for braces. Avoid at all costs.
What a useless orthodontist don't use this bloke all he could say with my oldest son was nope his teeth aren't clean enough and wouldn't discuss what treatment he needed and prices.
