tried calling 3 days in a row to make appointment for ear pain/fullness. Office staff never returnd my calls/messages. I went to an Urgent Care Clinic
No , i will not recommend this practitioner. I went to Dr Thornton for about five years, and never had any real complaints until now. I moved about 50 miles last year but continued to see Dr Thornton as my PCP. This fall I decided to find a doctor closer to home. I called his office to see if I could get a prescription for at least a 30 day script for two generic maintenance meds to tide me over until my appointment with new doc. Thought he was straight forward guy . None of this new age rhetoric to deal with
Very thorough with exam, listens and doesn't rush the visit.
I always have a say in my treatment. My couple of conditions could be treated in several different ways. I am consulted about treatment options. I feel this is extremely important and although I have a say, he definitely leads me to only viable options. He is also kind, but direct, knowledgeable and refills are easy as long as I keep my labs done and keep my office visits. I wouldn't go anywhere else unless he wasn't an option.
