Excellent Mental Health Practice first point of contact with Cathy on reception was amazing nothing was too much trouble extremely helpful and kind🙏Dr Hinton really listens and hears what your saying and is instrumental in helping you with all your mental health needs an awarsom safe place to go for help .💙🙏
As a mental health facility you'd expect more than what I had received. This practice did not call to tell me they were full and not accepting clients and to look elsewhere leaving me thinking they are yet to call with an appt (admitted they had seen my referral too and it was popped aside to look at later) you may think that's not a big deal BUT the other places recommended and refured did call and apologise / explain their books.
