Twice now I've had to wait for 20 minutes plus. In consideration of the time you get (10 minutes), it's just plain nuts. Either poor systems, poor admin or just plain poor customer service.
Russell is magic. I was told by doctors that my back is just stuffed now and there's nothing to be done for it but manage the pain...I literally went out and bought a walking Kane. I was recommended Russell and after two visits is pretty much sorted, I haven't needed the Kane and I don't get nearly as much pain as I did. So you have to wait twenty minutes? Totally worth it.
