I don’t give 5 star reviews lightly. Dr. Brink is an excellent Dr. My rheumatologist referred me to him and I am so glad she did. He takes his time. Is knowledgeable of his field but also his patients. He and his staff always are prompt to return my calls, and go above and beyond every single time. The office is managed well and streamlined. Very rude staff. Especially a nurse Anna, I who I would speak with to relay or receive messages from Dr. Brink. A female, who answers the calls for appointments is also very curt and another female in that same position, Joy, was always nice until the last time I phoned and asked to speak to Dr. Brink. When I gave her my name, her reply was “Oh God” and her tone of voice was one of disgust for me. That was the last straw for me.
