Dr. Bortnem and his team do a great job caring for my teeth and supporting questions and concerns. The team treats their patients well. I've been going to Dr. Bortnem for about 18 years and he and his team have taken good care of me and my family.me.
Took my husband on as a new patient same day for his filling that fell out. Office staff was very professional, exceptionally effient and friendly. We will continue to see this dentist
Worst dentistry ever. This guy is a hack. All my family is suffering from the terrible work from here. I wouldn't send my enemies to this place. I had to have 4 crowns replaced because he did them wrong and caused me pain. The partial he made was unusable and cost me $1100. STAY AWAY!!!
Normally, this is my families go to dentist. Has been for 20+ years. However, I recently needed a root canal. And rather than referring me to a specialist who could complete the procedure I require, they told me it could be completed by them. Turns out that's not true. Despite their confidence in the straight roots of my tooth, the Dr couldn't complete the procedure.
