In 2022 I had parathyroid surgery. my surgery was more in depth finding more than 1 parathyroid & 4 hours later,Also during covid.He monitored me during my overnight hospital stay. I was in good hands & he and his staff communicated well and professional. I am doing extremely well today. Thank you Dr Smith and staff
The best word to describe him is “master”, he is an excellent doctor, he operated on me for a complex diagnosis of osteomyelitis with Dr. Domack and they explained to me in detail the risks and consequences that the operation would have, everything went very well and I will be eternally grateful for his professionalism and humanity.
My experience with Dr Smith was life-saving and fantastic. This is a doctor you want in your corner when you are facing issues like cancer. He is professional and confident and highly respected in this field. He is the doctor known to not sugarcoat things but also is compassionate with his patients. He was very reassuring to me and was quite the warrior in my battle against cancer. If you want the best of the best forehead and neck then go straight to him. You will not regret it.
I arrived 15 minutes early as directed for my appointment and then waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes to see Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith is a nice pleasant person but didn't give me much clarity on my situation and lacked confidence. It would have been comforting for him to admit he didn't have a few answers, but instead he just kind of worked around my questions like a politician. I will not return to see him again and found another provider.
Short with explanations, kind of arrogant and I just did not feel comfortable with him. In addition he was 1 1/2 hours late getting to me after I checked in and that was disappointing.
